Cooper's Hawk is usually a solid experience. Something was off tonight. Definitely not enough help, took 25 minutes to even make an order. We were there a total of 2 hours. Oy. Passing on it next time.

The amazing server Kiara was outstanding!! That’s the only reason I gave it al stars. Being a formal industry person it’s nice to see people still enjoy it. Married to a chef the food was tasty but we both asked for well done and they were both pink. We didn’t send the food back or make a fuss, but just know because the amazing waitress is what had us enjoying the remainder of a stressful week, to welcome a calm weekend. Thanks again Kiara!

Their steaks/filets never seem to be cooked per customer’s request. I asked for medium and got rare. Service was slow probably because there was no busboy(s), but restaurant was very full. Why no baked potatoes on menu?

A consistently great experience. Timing of the dishes could have been better. Appetizer took a while but the entrees came out almost too quickly. Overall fantastic though.
