As wine club members now for over 2 years, if we come back, we will have to request to not have Gordon again. We’ve had him before and this is not our first non-positive experience with him. After it took over 45 minutes to get a bottle of wine for our table, originally forgot to take off our reward off the check even though I reminded him we had one when we sat down, didn’t clear our table one time until we had to start putting appetizer plates on a spare chair to make room, when he took those finally he still didn’t take our tasting glasses or the bread board that had been there for 35 minutes… came back 20 minutes after we ordered a bottle just to say the bartender “never brought it up” …. Okay sooooo what is the plan or our options? When we sat down I asked him if we could taste the wine of the month (it was July 1) so in my emails I know I saw white blanc something for July… so he says “oh the something something blanc” so I said yes sure… assuming he knew what I meant… fast forward to when our bottl never came and I asked “so do you not have the wine or you just don’t have it up here?” And he said “ we don’t have it up here” “I said the wine of the month” he said “well it’s actually the wine of the month 2 months ago… ”. I felt he was snarky so then i checked my emails to make sure so when he came back I could show him that the wine I had wanted was a white month of July (he later tried to tell me this month was a red). Either way.. we figured out he had messed it up and had us taste the MAY wine if the month, not July’s after I showed him my email where it said that. And that neither May nor July were red… so maybe he was still thinking we were in June? And it was red? Idk… he clearly didn’t know it was July 1 or what the wine of the month was and Clearly had the wines of the month mixed up… it just felt like he really didn’t want to serve us. Because we watched him tend to his TWO other tables (that’s it) 3 other times inbetween. The manager kindly

The food is always super delicious! I tried the key lime Pie for the first time and it was amazing. The waiter could have been a little bit more attentive during our dinning experience, particularly given that it was not at all busy during our visit. We had to look for him several times, but overall, it was a delight to dine at Cooper's Hawk Winery & Restaurant once again.

It was very busy, probably because it was the last day of the month. Although we had reservations, we still had to wait about 1/2 hours for our table. As a member, I opted to do wine tasting after the meal. That area was really crowded. After about 20 minutes in line, I spoke to the tasting area cashier, and he (Randy) poured a tasting for me and my guests while we waited to be at the bar!! Kudos to him.

I enjoyed everything about my visit here. The facility was modern, clean and tastefully decorated. The staff -hostess, servers, waiters- were all friendly, patient and accommodating. The ambience was perfect, just the right amount of noise to let you know everyone was enjoying themselves without being loud or obnoxious. The food was amazing. I had the red wine braised short ribs. Nothing was overcooked or swimming in sauce. Everything was obviously freshly prepared and portion sizes were generous. I especially appreciated that we were not rushed through our meal but were allowed to enjoy the flavors and the WINE - did I mention the wine??!!
