First visit in a while - not the same Coopers Hawk I remember. Had reservations and had to wait 30 minutes for our table. Very slow service - another hour for our food to arrive. I ordered the salmon entree with tomatoes, spinach, and roasted potatoes and was presented with salmon topped with some type of barbecue sauce and sides of gummy mashed potatoes and some type of slaw - no explanation offered for the menu change.

When I arrived the Server that assisted me was not present in her ability to listen and execute on my request. 1) I asked for my appetizer and dinner salad to be served together. 2) I asked for a red and white wine tasting from the happy hour menu where I would then be able to select a bottle to have with my dinner. I was charged for a salad that never came to my table and I was told after my tasting the wine could not be bought by the bottle. Additionally, she said I could not have another tasting to select a bottle to have with dinner, because I exceeded my tasting of two limited. As wine club member that was an unacceptable answer, being that she did not fulfill my original request (item 2). Further, the Manager tried to justify the 2 taste minimum, when clearly an exception was all I was asking based on the miscommunication on the Server’s part. The only reason I gave a Service rating of 3 star is that my Server was changed to JR.. It was JR that assisted in removing the salad charge from the first server who never brought it out. He did his best to turn the situation around, however I should have never experienced such poor service in the first place. My past experiences were always 5 star overall..

Love this place! I was there with a party of five celebrating my birthday. We had a very short wait before being seated. The food was excellent, and the waitress was superb. I would definitely recommend it and would go back again VGT

My husband and Iove spending a date day at Coopers Hawk. The southwest egg roll appetizer is always fantastic. We had a fun wine tasting followed by an early dinner. Our waitress was great. Very professional and friendly.10 Stars . Oh, and love the thank you bottle of wine for being a member!

Went on a Wednesday night, we had 7p reservations, arrived 10 minutes early, 20 minute delay, but they gave us all complimentary glass of wine, nice touch. Once seated we noticed just how loud it was, and hard to converse with one another( I get it though , people were having a great time). Our server was nice but horrible, very few returns to our table to check on us. Long wait between drinks , apps, and entrees. Food was Great, so I could not complain too much !!
