Unfortunately this Cooper’s Hawk is not as good as the others we have been to. We were seated and never address. Nothing! The staff did not make eye contact with us to avoid the table. The first waitress we asked said, “I will ask who has this table”. Never saw her again. The next waitress we asked said, “it’s not my table but I will take your order”. The food was also not as good as the other Cooper’s Hawk we have visited in Coconut Creek, Fl and Pembroke Pines, Fl. Very disorganized on this night. Sorry.

The staff was shorthanded so that affected the level of service. The entree was not what was ordered so it had to be sent back. The wine was served late because they were short staffed. The food quality and wine were excellent as always. The restaurant was crowded and although I had a reservation and was on time there was a 15 minute wait for the table after check in. Hopefully the restaurant will handle their staff issues. It's unfortunate because it is one of my favorites.

Waiter was not great. He never check on us. We are both members and come to Cooper's often so we don't expect the waiter not to check our accounts and apply certificates, etc.. correctly. It took him too long to come over initially. He never checked on us or when our food came out. He brought the check before he brought out my friend's birthday truffles. The check was wrong and he took 15-20 minutes for us to catch him again to ask him to correct the issue. Definitely sub-par service for the waiter and it appears he needs more training as it was not busy and yet he still seemed overwhelmed or too busy to provide good service.

This was my first visit to this location we really had a great time. We started with a wine tasting where Robert made sure each of our tastes were accommodated. Then we headed upstairs to a beautiful dining room and open balcony perfect for the weather. The braised short ribs were outstanding and Jambalaya was spicy and delicious. If you ever get a chance to visit a location, stop in! #HappyEating

This was the first I’ve dined st Cooper Hawk and it was amazing. The food was delicious and the customer service was outstanding. Our waitress was named Jayda, she was very polite and knowledgeable about the menu selection as well as the wine. We will definitely return.
