the food was amazing once we finally got seated. but putting a reservation in 2 weeks advance and still having to wait 30 minutes wasn’t how I wanted to start the experience. They got some matt rife looking dude at the front who was incredibly overwhelmed by all the customers. it just seems like he was thrown to the wolves which wasn’t cool. management should have stepped up to assist some how. multiple angry customers canceling their reservations and leaving because of their wait. but we toughed it out and got some pretty damn good food. I just feel like the upper management could have helped handled the whole situation for multiple people better.

Cooper's Hawk is a really fine restaurant. The service is excellent, the menu is comprehensive and the food is delicious. We have been there many times and have never been disappointed. One great feature is the Wine Club membership. For example, you can order a wine selection directly from the monthly offering at your table. By the way, the wine is excellent. Our only, very slight, reservation is that it can get a bit noisy in the dining area.

We had a 6pm reservation, but waited till 6:30 to be seated. Once seated it took 10 minutes for the waiter to show up and take our drink order. After we were finished with the appetizers, it took the waiter 10 minutes to clear the plates and then take our entree order. When the entrees arrive we were not given silverware. For the price food was okay, but don’t expect great service.

A very enjoyable meal. The shrimp seafood bisque was very good. Our server Hanna did an excellent job attending to our group of six. We will ask for her when we go back. My wife had the salmon, and I had the steak. The wine list was varied and reasonably priced. Hanna had a very good handle on the different types of wine and made a very good selection. We enjoyed the Old Vine Zin. We also appreciated not being rush and a great dining experience was had by all.

The cleanliness of the Annapolis location has gone down hill considerably. The table was tacky, there was food from the previous party all under the table when we were seated. Our waiter, Liam was very responsive to remedy the situation but this was not the experience we have been used to. The menu is getting tired and portions smaller and we had to ask for the signature bread. We have been wine club members for close to 9 years but it may be time to move on.

My first time here and we had a great time Cameron was excellent in guiding us through our experience. I had the special surf and turf which was excellent. Very well cooked Steak ( MR) and topped with a lovely truffle and served with a Lobster Tail My standard Old fashioned was well prepared. We would for sure return

Sadly, this restaurant is going downhill. Last night, we ordered one gluten free entree and requested it to be served with the rest of our appetizers so the person with gluten allergy could eat at same time. She did not get her entree until after our appetizers AND entrees were half eaten. Even at that point, we were not sure the dish she received was correct as it was not prepared blackened as requested (and they had already brought out the dish incorrectly as an appetizer vs entree). The waitress did not seem happy that we questioned the order and certainly did not appear confident that she was sure we received the gluten free dish (as we had a similar entree non gluten free). A manager came to the rescue and was very helpful in resolving this issue. One reason we chose CH in the past was that they have a good GF selection. Last month was a mediocre experience -- now this, from bad to worse leaves me questioning whether it's worth returning.

I’m a wine club member with Cooper’s Hawk. This was my first experience at this particular Cooper’s Hawk and we truly enjoyed the food and the atmosphere. However, the service was not very good. The waiter didn’t know how to serve the wine or open the wine once he was able to open the bottle, he poured our two glasses and then left the bottle on the table he did not place my bottle of wine in a Stainless Steel Wall Chiller. After eating our meal he came back and ask if a to go box was needed which, he did supply and left. After waiting for a while we asked another waiter to have our waiter come back so, we could ask for a bag.
