Zach was our waiter last night and really made the evening fun. He was attentive and we hope we get him again. The food & wine were delicious as usual.

Had a great experience at this location. We had a wonderful server who was very attentive. Definitely the best visit we have had here since the opening.

The food is great. A little pricey, but overall worth it. We had reservations and then watched walk-ins get seated before us. My husband had to go up 15 min after our reservation time only to find out they had seated others who had reservations after our time. It took over 15 min to get cocktails. Our waiter had to come back and ask us what our dinner order was because he forgot. The poor service made the price feel even more pricey. The atmosphere was so loud you couldn't hear people sitting right next to you. Not sure we will return.

Consistant food no matter which location we dine at. Got to the Algonquin location at 4:10 for a 4:30 reservation. Only 1 table full in the restaurant area and we were not seated until 4:55. Found that very inappropriate.

I was disappointed that my server used (2) of my member bottles at the table without asking me. It was a business dinner; not personal. My business was paying for dinner, so i used 2 of my personal bottles. Wasn’t happy:(.

Server was outstanding, and being part of Wine club is nice for our birthdays. Sherri had a dish which did not sit well with her. First dish which not happy with there. Meals were correct this time which was good. No five stars, because nothing is perfect, and there is always room for improvement. Getting to this surveys was crazy to start! I do not think it was necessary to have to prove who I am with phone and email and password it is just a survey. Unless I am getting a $100 gift card for Cooper Hawks, then the items to get to the survey is okay.

We were outside & the noise level was good, previously had a table inside at dinner time & we couldn't hear each talk, bad acoustics. Great food & service though.

Natalie our server was excellent, personable and professional. She truly made our experience memorable. She suggested new food items for as I have been going there frequently and it was absolutely delicious. She also was very attentive to all the guests at the table.

Carla was welcoming and friendly, but also efficient. As always our food and wine was delicious. Four of us ladies meet at CH every week or so. Two of us had this month’s special Calabrian Shrimp, which was amazing, one had the short ribs (her favorite) and one had the Soy ginger salmon (hers and my standby) which is sooo good with the Asian slaw. And, of course, it’s always fun to try the wine of the month, and lately, since we are all members, we have been enjoying complimentary bottles of the wine of our choice due to the “thank you bottle” promotion currently in place. Coopers Hawk is a very good value for food and wine and for the benefits given their members. You should join!
