Food was delicious. Table was ready when arrived. Tasting area was packed wish they had more room for tastings as it’s always hot or miss if you can find space. Waitress was amazing and was available when needed .

We visited this location once before. The service was good. There was an issue with the grouper not being cooked properly . It was sent back and replaced minutes later. Although everyone was very attentive, we were disappointed with the fish and our dinner experience, where one person eats while the other person waits for his entree to be cooked correctly. There was another issue, which was corrected however disappointing.

Our server (Joel) was excellent. He was personable, attentive and informative. He made our visit memorable. The appetizers were good. We had three shared by 6 guests.. Egg rolls, flat bread and shrimp. My main entrée (surf and turf) was ok. Steak was delicious but the Lobster tail was soft and mushy with a overly salty tasty. The other entrée choices were received well by our party.

Cooper’s Hawk in Algonquin is a rare gem! Great wine. Great food! We had a wonderful server…Friendly and welcoming! We shared an appetizer of soup and salad. The portion was large. We each had an entree. Everyone in our party of four had something different. Steak, Seafood Dishes, and Chicken…all cooked to perfection! The Peach Sangria was recommended by our neighbor….if was some of the best wine I have ever tasted! We truly enjoyed the experience and are already looking forward to our next visit!

We go to Cooper’s Hawk often but the Algonquin location may be off the list. 2 hours to get our food with no explanation from staff other than everyone ordered at the same time? Will not return to that location…sorry too hectic and not handled well.
