We had a lovely early dinner in the bar. Joel took great care of my husband and I. He was incredibly attentive, but not hovering. He guided us through the menu and made recommendations. The food was delicious, as expected. CH does a fantastic job at keeping to high standards in all areas of the restaurant. Always a nice and relaxing visit. Thank you to all who work so hard to make it happen. Special thanks to Joel for a good evening. We will definitely be back.

Wonderful brunch. Great food. Great service. Thank you to our waitress Dawn. Thank you Coopers Hawk for doing something new, a little different and doing it extremely well. We will definitely be back.

I ordered the steak medallions on the life menu. I asked for medium and got well. I would have sent them back but our server didn’t come by our table for quite awhile after our food arrived. It was served with Potato slices which were so so and broccolini that was barely cooked. I didn’t complain since we were with another couple. The patio was very nice and so was our server.

Food was very good, portion sizes were quite large for the appetizers and salads. When we go back we will just share 1 appetizer and 1 salad and then an entree. The service was rushed - literally our salads came as we were putting down our forks for the appetizers and then the same thing happened with the entree.

We typically have a great experience with service. However, this time service was very slow. Our server took quite a while to take a drink order and then actually bring drinks. Our food actually came before our drinks did. We will come again, but may request another server if we end up with the one we had last night.

We enjoyed our dinner. We had a later reservation but they were able to get us in early. The noise level was off the charts. Not a place for a first date, unless you sit side by side you could not hear across the table. Our waitress Sara(h) was perfect. Very nice and attentive. We tried several dishes. Mahi mahi was outstanding, chicken and bean egg rolls were fine. The shrimp, crab and lobster bisque very good. I ordered the beef tenderloin and thought the two golf ball sized tenderloins on the giant plate seemed minimal. The flavor was good. We will go back on a weekday night hoping for less noise than a Saturday night.
