I was disappointed that my server used (2) of my member bottles at the table without asking me. It was a business dinner; not personal. My business was paying for dinner, so i used 2 of my personal bottles. Wasn’t happy:(.

We were outside & the noise level was good, previously had a table inside at dinner time & we couldn't hear each talk, bad acoustics. Great food & service though.

Natalie our server was excellent, personable and professional. She truly made our experience memorable. She suggested new food items for as I have been going there frequently and it was absolutely delicious. She also was very attentive to all the guests at the table.

Carla was welcoming and friendly, but also efficient. As always our food and wine was delicious. Four of us ladies meet at CH every week or so. Two of us had this month’s special Calabrian Shrimp, which was amazing, one had the short ribs (her favorite) and one had the Soy ginger salmon (hers and my standby) which is sooo good with the Asian slaw. And, of course, it’s always fun to try the wine of the month, and lately, since we are all members, we have been enjoying complimentary bottles of the wine of our choice due to the “thank you bottle” promotion currently in place. Coopers Hawk is a very good value for food and wine and for the benefits given their members. You should join!

The food was delicious, the grapefruit martini is my all time favorite and always enjoy a decanted bottle of wine. I do enjoy the life balance selections. I had the beef medallions this time. Very tender and juicy. We had their specuss as l dessert and it was amazing

This is such a great addition to our community. We have way too many burger or pizza places out here. Cooper's Hawk is just the place we needed for a better dining experience. Our waiter Joel was attentive and friendly. I ordered the spaghetti and meatballs it was one of the best pasta sauces I have had. Served nice and hot. My wife had the trio of medallions which was cooked to perfection. For dessert we ordered the Summer Peach Butter Cake. It was light and delicious. We are members of the wine club so we will be going back. Even if we weren't members we would be coming back.
