Food was good. It took a long time to come out. Manager came over to apologize and asked if we needed anything. I asked for more bread and it never came out. Very loud inside.

Our food and drink’s were really good. However the past 3 times we have been here the service is not stellar. Each time our drinks have been delayed and not served until after our food has arrived. This last time it was just soft drinks for our children. It is a little noisier than the other locations that we have been to.

The food was delicious as always, and our server, Emily, was excellent! Attentive and personable, she addressed all of our requests in a timely and friendly manner. We will definitely continue to recommend Cooper’s Hawk to all of our friends and family!

I hate to do this, as I've typically had a good experience at this restaurant. On Friday, 6/28, our experience left a lot to be desired. First off, they need to re-think the tasting experience, especially for members... the wait is entirely too long and there is no organization too it (just hope someone that comes in after you doesn't jump to the counter first). After being seated, our food took an hour due to a medical emergency in the kitchen. As a former server, I understand how challenging it is to be in this position; however, our server disappeared and had to be tracked down by others. He did bring bread and soup on the house. When the food finally arrived, it was mostly lukewarm. Then, we we charged for my "birthday dessert" that we never received. Nor did the server apply my reward. Overall, it was a disappointing experience for what was supposed to be my birthday dinner.

Zack was great! Thank you very much. My mom really liked her dinner and this was only her second visit. I am consistently am happy with this location :)

The quality and taste of our meal was great. Our server Sam, was very professional and friendly. I would ask for her again.

Zach was a great waiter and took great care of my wife and myself. Food was excellent and floor managers were very attentive to make sure we were being taken care of.

When reserving the reservation, I indicated that it was my husband's birthday both on OpenTable and then again when we arrived at the restaurant. There was no mention of it during dinner and nothing remotely special done for my husband on his birthday and we are wine club members as well.
