Five of us dined at Cooper's Hawk in Algonquin on Monday, July 8. We all enjoyed our meals tremendously. Our waitress was over and above the average courtesy and made us feel very welcome. She checked on any request that we had and when my fillet arrived overcooked both she and the manager quickly got me another plate and also comped the charge for it. I did not even have to ask for any special compensation. We go to Cooper's Hawk quite often and belong to the wine club. My points had earned me a $25 reward +2 bottles of wine at the table. We arrived at 4:30 and had a complementary wine-tasting that we shared with our friends and then went to the table for dinner. by the time we were leaving the restaurant appeared to be quite full even though it was a Monday evening. We will continue to go back again and again again.

The food is usually more consistent, therefore we were a little disappointed. The calamari wasn’t as good as it normally is and the french fries were very heavy salted. The hamburger was very good and well cooked and our server was friendly and professional.

We usually go to the St Charles location, which is outstanding. This location happened to be closer to where we were coming from, so thought we’d try it. Bartender and drinks were great Hostess who checked us in was very rude, told me to wait to the side after I told her we were at the bar. When we were finally seated(we had a reservation), waited a long time for our server, drinks and bread. Food was excellent as usual. We had to remind our server about our rewards, usually they remind us! We love CH, but will continue to go to St Charles

Always a great meal and service. We had the brisket flatbread - it was delicious. My boyfriend had the spaghetti and meatballs and I had the parmesan crusted pork chops. Both meals were delicious. We should have split a meal - we had SO much food. Service was excellent.

It was our first time dining here. We went for our anniversary. They gave us each a complimentary glass of champagne and truffles which was a very nice surprise. The food was delicious.

Made a reservation, was seated at the appropriate time. Service was excellent! Food was fantastic and didn’t take long to get at all. They were extremely busy for a Wednesday and everything went perfectly!
