We usually have issues every time we come here. We keep trying to give it a chance as we live 2 minutes away from this location. We decided to put in a reservation to celebrate our anniversary and this time our experience was 10/10! We requested a booth in the bar area, usually have to settle for dining but this time we were accommodated within 5 minutes! We were also congratulated on our anniversary twice by two different staff members. Also, Lacey our server was amazing. She was super attentive, sweet & funny! We will be returning just because of her! Thank you for making our anniversary an awesome experience :)

Another great date night experience! Emily was our server and she was awesome. Very friendly and attentive. With her recommendation I tried a new to me dish and loved it.

The Sonoma Chicken Sandwich needs to have a permanent spot on the menu! The Washington Red is my new favorite wine.

My friends and I lunch at CH twice a month, sometimes more. One expects great wine from a winery, but the food at Coopers Hawk is as excellent as their wine. I feel we get value when dining at CH and they are so good about offering a taste of their wines. The servers are the best anywhere. We have never had an issue or felt lacking in service. Obviously, CH treats their employees well and imparts a true sense of hospitality.

So I cannot blame our server but for some reason service was really slow. The reason I do not blame the servers is that we have been there several times over the last several months and the issue has been the same. Not sure what is going on there but waitstaff has been less attentive.

I’ve been a member since 2019 I use to go out to your Schaumburg location. Soo happy that there’s one closer to home! Today I went to the Algonquin location! My friends and I had a great time with the best service by Samie Tobler I love how friendly she was and very knowledgeable about the menu! The service was amazing and the food was delicious.
