Two for brunch but ended up having lunch and dinner entrees. Complimentary beverage upon request. Annoying bugs flying about. Manager checked on us. Seated in bar area. Mimosa spoiled by bugs.

I love this place. Only downside is the noise level. Prices are fair. Food and wine are very good. Great place for birthdays, anniversaries, company parties.

Our server, Michael, was fantastic, funny, and attentive to our needs. The food was spot on in taste and temperature. There were no disappointments here.

First the hostess couldn’t find the reservation that was made on open table but said “well we can still take you”. I provided the confirmation number. Next our server Chris O came to our table and said he’s trying to catch up and had a food allergy he had to deal with. It took him quite a long time to get back to our table. Both of us are wine club members. He only took one card and said he would come back for the other. When he finally took our drink order and gave me back my card he never asked if we wanted to use our tastings or a bottle of wine from our wine of the month. Fast forward to paying our bill and Chris never used our tastings or rewards that we both had. When we asked about using our tasting for the glass of wine we had he first hesitated and then agreed. But when he came back he said to us “I don’t mean to be rude but you need to ask for us to use your wine tasting when you order”. Every other server or bartender in any of the others Coopers Hawk always first thing tell us what we have in rewards and ask if we want to use them. This server Chris O only wanted to pad the bill. Too bad he would have gotten a larger tip. I don’t think I even got credit for the visit on my loyalty card.
