A family-owned business, Cook St. Helena, is a neighborhood establishment through and through that continues to bring people together around fresh, handmade, delicious food in a warm, casual atmosphere. We opened Cook in 2004 to show the locals and tourists alike that food does not need to be complicated to taste great!

We love Italian food and Cooks did not disappoint. Quality food, nicely prepared, and great service. Small restaurant so be sure to make reservations.

Probably one of our top 5 meals of all time. Service was great. Food was fresh and flavorful. Soup had incredible flavor. Homemade pasta was light and delicious. Highly recommend this small little jewel.

Absolutely the best restaurant in St Helena…. and in the Valley! Eating there for almost 20 years and have NEVER had an anything but an amazing meal. Great service, lots of great food to choose from and very reasonable prices. I highly recommend.

Five of us had great tasting meals. It was 102 outside and the cold melon soup prepared for the day was incredible. The basil cream sauce on these fantastic noodles with a generous piece of fresh halibut and topped with crabmeat was a good sized portion and it was so good. The risotto had veal and fresh heirloom tomatoes that melted in your mouth. The wait staff is friendly, helpful explaining the dishes, and the hostess is darling.

We visited while vacationing in St.Helena and would definitely go back again & again. They have a cozy atmosphere, great service and amazing food!! Everything was fresh and prepared perfectly. Worth the visit!!
