Specializing in elegant but straight-forward Northern Italian cuisine, created from local and seasonal ingredients.

A family-owned business, Cook St. Helena, is a neighborhood establishment through and through that continues to bring people together around fresh, handmade, delicious food in a warm, casual atmosphere. We opened Cook in 2004 to show the locals and tourists alike that food does not need to be complicated to taste great!

Always great ! Love the daily specials. Catering to the locals, and nice that they do. Drive an hour just for lunch. If you hear about this place, make sure you go !!

Wonderful homemade pastas. Each dish has its own twist which just elevates the dining experience. Can hardly wait to return again and again to try every item on the menu.

Service is always excellent. It's a tiny place so it's always a bit noisy, good chance to makes friends with your fellow diners! The risotto changes frequently and is always excellent. We would eat here very weak if the menu itself changed more often. Some items have not been updated in a while and maybe that's because they're favorites but...would love to see a new salad, and a fish selection added to the menu.
