Located in the Lower Downtown (LoDo) neighborhood, we invite you to pull up to the community table, tuck in at your own intimate table for two or more, or enjoy our outdoor terrace for a spirited drink.

Coohills includes a main dining room, private dining room, community space, bar and beautiful outdoor terrace, providing a breathtaking view of the infamous Colorado sunsets.

Coohills comfortably seats up to 200 people and can host up to 400 people for a stand up reception.

Always a terrific dining experience, one of the best around. On this night, it was late, very late and on a game night where the bar probably had been busy earlier and no doubt everyone was tired. Service was as fresh and sharp as if it were opening and for a special 4-course menu, value-for-money on a holiday eve was very good. One dish came out needing a bit of attention, a lobster bisque that was extremely small with the plate showing. In others words, about as dry as a desert and hardly a bisque. That was corrected and again, it was late. That aside, courses were well-portioned and well-plated and the evening was very enjoyable.

First time at this great restaurant. Wonderful and attentive service by our server Josh. The menu is not very extensive but we throughly enjoyed our chicken and steak dishes. We were too full to try desert but it sure looked good. Casual but upscale atmosphere.

We had a great experience eating at Coohills before a Saturday evening Avalanche game in December. The food was delicious and came out very quickly. The plating and flavors are superb. We had three different desserts and they were all amazing, especially the whisky ice cream. The energy in the bar was fun, and made even more so by a special shot one of the bartenders brought around for all guests to celebrate the Avalanche. We have been eating at Coohills for many years, and this was the best all-around experience we've had yet.

Wonderful dinner with clients, enjoyed some happy hour drinks and appetizers. Then followed by dinner, we ordered a variety with chicken, steak and crab cakes and everything was delicious! Service was efficient and got us out in plenty of time for the Nuggets game.

Crab cake was bomb! Steak was a really good dish, solid portion. Chicken was wonderful. Bread pudding, fire. Overall great experience, will be back.

Incredible wine, food, service, company. Can’t believe I haven’t been here before now. Cannot wait to return. The Brioche Bread Pudding with caramel and apples was hands down the best dessert I’ve ever had in my entire life.
