Welcome to Contrast Brasserie. With a sharp focus on Scottish, locally sourced produce, we invite you to savour the tastes of the season with a touch of Pan-Asian flair.

From succulent rare breed pork, prime dry-aged beef to market fresh fruit and vegetables we try to stay true to our Scottish roots, creating simple dishes built around one great ingredient. Located just a short walk from the City Centre of Inverness, take a wander along the tree lined river where a warm welcome awaits!

Using only the very best of local produce, our menus celebrate the best of Scottish food but with a touch of pan-Asian flair.<br />We source all our produce locally and produce everything in-house, from succulent rare breed pork, and prime dry-aged beef to market fresh fruit and vegetables.

Great ribeyes and sea bass. The best we have had in the UK. Great whiskey selection as well.

The staff were pleasant from the moment we entered until we left, the food arrived pretty quick like they timed it perfectly.

Positives - Lovely atmosphere super helpful, friendly and attentive staff, good price for rmthe pre-theatre meal. Negatives - The toast on my chicken toast starter was burnt (could hardly eat it and left most of it) and instead of curried cauliflower with my sea bass as on the menu, it came with carrots in the curry sauce (no cauliflower) disappointing, as it didn't go with it.

An amazing experience at Contrast. Everything done to perfection. The service was outstanding and food simply out of the top drawer. Will be eating there again, no doubt!
