Very delicious seafood, kind of a rushed hectic experience but I think that’s part of the fun, waiter was very helpful with recommendations.

First time here, very impressed with the food at Contramar. Everything was on the spot in terms of taste, except for the 2 colour fish. If you had the Chinese version of bbq fish (烤魚）you will know why I said this. It’s a great dish but it is definitely an acquired taste. Service is outstanding at Contramar. Never have to ask for anything while I dined there. They are always paying attention. Water, new dish, new cutlery, more tortillas, more sauce…etc. They know. Will definitely come back next time I am at Mexico City.

Amazing is short for how spectacular this meal was! This was my third time at Contramar and oh my god so delicious. Its a must in CdMx!

Not my first time at Contramar but it was for my dining companion. We both enjoyed our first two courses very much. We were looking forward to the third course tuna entrees but we were suddenly told there was none left. We then had to order a new entree which when it finally arrived was far from special. Overall service was quick but not the type of attention one would expect from a restaurant of this caliber though large staff of servers were present. One other observation: not clear why some tables got white tablecloths and others did not. Were piles of them to be seen. A quality restaurant should treat all patrons equally. This was first disappointing experience I’ve had at Contramar

Food is delicious!! Especially the ceviche Fresh and flavorful Waiters are friendly and helpful and speak some English

Delicious! All of the food was fresh and beautifully prepared. The tuna tostadas and the grilled fish are extraordinary.
