Over the decades Continental Treat Fine Bistro has become the premier choice for anniversaries, birthdays, romantic dinners, wedding receptions and business dinners. Our culinary teams are working tirelessly on our innovative gluten free menu, while keeping the distinctive, traditional flavour of our most popular European dishes. To enjoy with your meal, we have an extensive stock of sumptuous wines, fine European beers, rare spirits and even small batch, nearly impossible to find Trappist ales.

The menu reflects a central and eastern European influence with the tastes of Poland, Germany, Hungary and Austria all amazingly and deliciously Gluten-Free.

-Reservations are always recommended for the best experience possible.
-Parties of 8 or more require a call to the restaurant and will require a deposit to secure the reservation
-Your large party will also be subject to an automatic gratuity of 18%

A wonderful taste sensation, attentive service and lovely ambience. So fabulous to have it GF as well! Our relative visiting from Winnipeg who dined with us and has celiac disease wishes there was a Continental Treat in Winnipeg. We will definitely return and also recommend to others.

We dined for the first time at the Jasper Ave, Our server was very pleasant however under trained, it was a Monday so staff was overwhelmed a bit. Took 1/2 hour for drinks and they weren’t made correctly and had to send back to be done correctly, small plates were ok but arrived before the drinks. The manager wasn’t helpful and when we mentioned that we were still awaiting our wine etc his answer was she’s working on it instead of jumping in to help her as she was obviously struggling. Main course was ok as well not HOT and actually not what we were used receiving to at the flagship on Whyte Ave. Again our server was very pleasant but needs trading. Probably won’t go back as there are many options downtown that can make the experience outstanding for the same amount of $$$

The food here is always delicious, and I've always found the people who work here to be wonderful, too. This time I went I wasn't aware there would be live music, and normally I find this too loud, but the Host was really understanding and kind and helped shuffle things around so me and my party could have a table further away from the music which was very helpful.

What a wonderful meal we had! The food, service, festive decor, and the string quartet performing Mozart made our visit to Continental Treat impossible to beat! PS, thank you to Liam for holding our table when we were delayed by traffic!

Excellent restaurant for Celiacs. I could actually relax and enjoy my dinner. Food was amazing.

I had the pork schnitzel, dill pickle soup, and tiramisu this time. I had the Reuben sandwich, dill pickle soup, and tiramisu on another occasion. It was all delicious. The staff was friendly and professional. I'm looking forward to going back to try more things on their menu.

Excellent food and service. Went there for dinner before a concert at the winspear, it was a great meal, got the food in a timely manner. Probably the best dill pickle soup I have ever had. Will be going again to try other things on the menu.

They had a 4 string quartet playing. Music was fine but too loud to visit at tables near by. There were times we were competing with the music while talking to the server and each other making it hard to hear. A couple string instruments would have been a better choice in the space.
