Helmed by Chef Paul Verica, a two-time James Beard Award nominee, our culinary team crafts exquisite seasonal menus showcasing ingredients grown on our property and sourced from local farms. Complement your meal with selections from our Wine Spectator award-winning wine list, curated to enhance every bite. Tasting Events and memorable Dinner Experiences are scheduled throughout the year.

With an ambiance of refined elegance, The Conservatory invites guests 18 and older to enjoy elevated dining in a welcoming atmosphere. While ties and jackets are not required, we recommend smart business casual attire for an experience as sophisticated as it is inviting. Join us for a luxurious prix fixe 5 course dinner in our Conservatory to usher in 2025!! We will have live music, and a complimentary champagne toast for all no matter what time you join us! Please let us know upon booking if there are any allergies or other dietary restrictions.

The Goodstone culinary team takes pride in presenting our seasonally driven tasting menu. Drawing inspiration directly from the vines ofour Goodstone Farm and crafting menu selections that highlight our region's bounty and diversity. We also offer customized wine pairings with each of our carefully curated menus.

This was the perfect place to celebrate our anniversary. The food and atmosphere were just superb. The service has no match compare to other high end restaurants. Our server Grace was so knowledgeable and her recommendations were a bulls eye to our palate. Overall, this place is highly recommended

The New Year's Eve dinner was excellent. Thee food and service were outstanding and the surroundings were very attractive. The one disappointment is that live music was advertised for the prix fixe (and very expensive) dinner. However, there was none.

We did the 7 course with wine pairing. They served too much per glass for a longer tasting menu and several of the pairings seemed an odd choice. The food was lukewarm warm when it arrived at the table. One diner has a severe food allergy and a server brought another table’s course which would have been very bad had we not paid attention. The salmon course was raw not medium rare or even rare. The beets course and scallop were delicious but all others were mediocre at best. I appreciate an excellent meal and don’t mind paying for it however when the meal is so disappointing the extreme bill puts salt in the wound. Skip this restaurant and get three great meals somewhere else for the price.

Our experience did not go well at all. Once we were seated we waited 45 minutes for the waitress to take our order for drinks and another long period to get them. We had finished our drinks Long before we even got our food. Once our food finally arrived it was only Luke warm. Most of the people who were seated after us had already finished eating. We were the last people to leave the dining room. We arrived on time at 3:15 and left at 6:30.

An expensive 3-course meal which was marred by inattentive service and really poor main course. I would not recommend the Conservatory.

We both had diarhea a half hour after getting home. Gross experience. Won't go there again.
