Goodstone Inn offers two unique dining experiences on 265 acres of rolling hillside and farmland in beautiful Middleburg, VA.

The Conservatory at Goodstone is an elegant Fine Dining experience offering upscale Contemporary American cuisine focusing on fresh, seasonal ingredients. Tasting Events and memorable Dinner Experiences are scheduled throughout the year.

The Conservatory is open for dinner Wednesday - Sunday from 5 - 9 pm. Guests 14 and older are welcome to dine with us.

Join us at Goodstone Inn this Thanksgiving for an unforgettable dining experience from 11:00 AM to 4:00 PM. Indulge in a three-course feast crafted by our talented culinary team, featuring seasonal favorites like butternut squash with lobster or roasted turkey with brioche stuffing. Children will enjoy their own three-course menu with options like macaroni and cheese or a petite filet. Optional wine pairings are available for an enhanced experience. For groups larger than six guests, please contact Goodstone Inn (540-687-3333) to reserve a table. The Goodstone culinary team takes pride in presenting our seasonally driven tasting menu. Drawing inspiration directly from the vines ofour Goodstone Farm and crafting menu selections that highlight our region's bounty and diversity. We also offer customized wine pairings with each of our carefully curated menus.

A wonderful dining experience to celebrate our 40th wedding anniversary at The Conservatory at Goodstone Inn. We choose the seven course tasting option with no regrets. The exquisite food presentation and all courses incredibly delicious. The staff was attentive especially Caitlin making sure we understood each course and answered any questions.

I was expecting a little more flavor and portion to the food. Ambiance was okay, but could use a refresh. Windows weren’t sealed and bugs were crawling along the molding.

The service was outstanding and the venue was a unique yet cozy place. The meal was a multi-course “sharing” or small plate menu, but in reality the portions were very generous. The staff was very welcoming and attentive. I would highly recommend for a special occasion or night away.

A lovely dinner. Food was well-prepared and artfully presented. Our first course was the salmon and, while delicious, the portions were more of an entree vs. appetizer. We enjoyed the foie gras and the beef tenderloin. Wine menu is extensive and has great offers at all price points. Highlight was the pre-dinner cocktails at the bar. Jim is a great bartender and we enjoyed chatting and laughing with him. Highly recommend dining with them.

My husband and I had an amazing experience at the Conservatory at Goodstone. The place was beautiful and charming. Service was top-notch. We decided to do the Chef's Trust with the wine pairing and each course blew us away. We can't wait to return!

Located in beautiful rolling hills near Middleburg, this restaurant is total quality. It is well worth the drive! When there, the greeting was warm and friendly. The staff -- especially our server and sommelier -- were tops. The food quality was awesome. And the restaurant's appearance, both interior and exterior, is impressive. Overall, Goodstone is a wonderful experience; we were happy to celebrate an important anniversary there.

This is a truly fine dining experience! The restaurant itself is beautiful, elegant and warm. Our server Sophina was wonderful! She was delightful, professional, and fun to chat with. They recently went to a 3,5, or 7 course offering. We thought the pricing was very fair given the quality and creativity of the choices. Sometimes when it’s a course menu the portions are very small but we did not find this to be the case. We had the olive oil poached tomatoes and mozzarella and Ora king salmon to start then the scallop and wagyu carpaccio. For our third choice we both had the tuna. Each course was beautifully presented, especially the tomatoes which was served in a bowl and surrounded by a veritable garden of herbs.. stunning! My husband said the carpaccio was excellent and we can both vouch for the tuna. The vegetables and herbs are grown on the property, and they have their own pasture raised chickens so everything is fresh and bursting with flavor! Save some room for the dessert selections the pastry chef is outstanding as well! It is a wonderful experience for a special occasion!!

The restaurant is beautiful and worth the windy drive up the hill above Middleburg. Dinner was fabulous. Service was great. The sommelier knew the proper way to serve an old wine. Not cheap, but the best dinner I have ever had!
