It took 20 mins to get drinks and an hour to receive our entrees. Walk ins at the bar got food and drinks before our reserved table. This is one of our go to places for dining before events but service was so slow we missed the opening act at our event.

Seated in the bar area. Only 4 tables were occupied. Stayed for 15 minutes and no service so we left after another table was seated and waited on. Looked like a nice place inside.

Our dinner was delicious. We got the double sundae for dessert ! So fun we dipped our ice cream in a variety of toppings. Yummy! Our waitress was wonderful. I wish I could remember her name.

Four entrees took 75 minutes to arrive at the table, and during that time the waiter checked on us one time for drinks.

Delicious food! Lovely dining room. Our server was very sweet but clearly inexperienced. But she tried hard and did a good job. The salmon entree and the hush puppies were standouts

Overall a very average dining experience. We had the crab hush puppies which were good but the steak frite wasn’t very flavorful and we had to ask for steak sauce. Our waiter basically abandoned us and we had to keep asking other servers for help. It’s highly unlikely we will go back as there are so many other excellent dining options in Indianapolis.

My son and I dined in on Saturday afternoon and enjoyed the brunch menu. The atmosphere was beautiful and the food was wonderful. We started with the BLT deviled eggs and had the chicken and waffles and lemon and blueberry pancakes. We left with full bellies and a happy heart!

The service was sub-par. The ordered items took so long to come that we only had 2 cocktails each for a ladies brunch. The bartender had no sense of urgency, forgot to make drinks,,and when reminded, offered no apologies, and was “short” with us. The bartender served a canned beer to my friend without a glass, and when I asked for a glass, they seemed annoyed. They also were incredibly rude to an obviously older couple who came in to dine. Rude to the point, they left the restaurant. The tables remained dirty and cluttered way beyond a reasonable expectation. There were other staff members who appeared available, but did not have that “team vibe,” needed in the industry. Our table ordered two shrimp and grits meals. The shrimp had a good flavor but was , making it chewy. The grits and bacon were perfect, as were the crab hush puppies. I cannot say we will never return; however, Conner’s will be removed from our rotation for awhile.

I went with a group of friends for brunch and we had a wonderful experience. Our server Tony was excellent and very accommodating. I ordered the shrimp and grits and they did not disappoint. My husband ordered the beef brisket and he said it was very good. I would recommend this restaurant to others.
