                                                                                                      Excellent food, we chose the Seafood risotto and Red Mullet both of which were delicious. Good portion size too. The desert of Apple Rhubarb & raspberry crumble was so scrummy. We gave gad desserts here before and the pastry chef really is the best

                                                                                                      Staff were very attentive and welcoming. The food was delicious and well presented. We will definitely be dining at the Connaught Brasserie again soon!

                                                                                                      There was 4 of us in there plus only 2 others all night, Took over 3o min to get each course, One of my guests only got his chips 30 min after eating his meal, Are cheese cake took 35 min to turn up all they had to do was cut it and bring it out so very poor

                                                                                                      The food was very good and service prompt without making you feel rushed. Restaurant was a good size which ment you didn't feel crowded by other diners.

                                                                                                      I wanted to put Ambience at zero but it wouldn’t let me. In all honesty this was a bizarre experience. The Open Table menu looked amazing, photos looked alright and reviews looked good. But it’s the restaurant of a Best Western hotel, with absolutely no atmosphere at all, bright lighting and weak WiFi so intermittent or zero music (or at least that was the excuse). The menu offered was nothing like the Open Table menu; yes we found things we were happy to eat but it was a disappointing feeling. The staff were friendly enough but didn’t seem confident with the menu. The food was great - kudos to the chef. Just don’t be fooled by the online presentation, or expect a vibe ;)

The food took a reasonable amount of time to come out. The food its self was amazing. Beautiful flavours and the fish we had was huge! Will definitely dine here again

                                                                                                      We had dinner on a ‘quiet’ Wednesday evening in late September. The restaurant area was high-class and stylish in a modern way. The service was excellent, and the food choice was good. My wife can’t eat wheat/gluten - and this presented no problem to her or the kitchen. The food was very tasty and well presented, we have eaten at michelin star restaurants in the past, and the food here was approaching this level. Highly recommended
