It was NYE and it is a hotel bar so….but I was hoping for more. They did accommodate a number change in guests, which was nice; however I had to call 4 times to make it happen. Once the manager figured out our service was super slow, he did jump in and help-kudos to him. Our waitress was not at fault, she was delightful. I don’t know if it was a bar problem or kitchen problem, but there was a problem. The food-which was a pre fixe menu for NYE was average. It was not terrible, and we were there with friends to bring in the New Year and had a great time. I’m just not sure why I would go back

The Prix fixe menu was fantastic! The charcuterie board was plentiful, the appetizer (avacado and brie) was wonderful, and the main dish (beef wellington) was phenomenal!!! Desert was good, but not fantastic.

Went for New Years Eve dinner. Service was outstanding, food was delicious. Smaller restaurant in hotel so noise level was quiet and relaxing. Would absolutely recommend Complicated Pilgrim and can’t wait to go back.

All the servers and bartenders and managers were fantastic. The restaurant and entire street corner experienced a bit of electricity issues and there were no hiccups at all. A great Christmas Eve dinner! Thank you for being open!

The food and ambiance was AMAZING! The service was the slowest I’ve ever experienced anywhere. Our waitress was so sweet, but it seemed they were grossly understaffed.

The waitress was awful, never checked on us, we waited entirely too long for food even after making reservations and it was only about 5 people in the entire restaurant,but I could have overlooked that somewhat theFOOD WAS HORRIBLE ORDERED THE LAMB RIB DINNER NO SEASONING, ONLY FAT MEAT , POTATOE WERE SMALL BITS, IT WAS ONE OF THE WORST DINING EXPERIENCE I EVER HAD FOR SUCH A BEAUTIFUL PLACE, I SUGGEST YOU GET SOME BETTER COOKS AND WAITRESSS,SHE ACT IF THOUGH SHE WAS ANGRY
