The service from Tricia was exceptional and Sean is a wine guru with tips that delivered a wine we loved. I highly recommend trying this place!!

The Common unfortunately didn't live up to our expectations. While our server was kind, attentive and knowledgeable, the overall experience was marred by several factors. The craft cocktails we ordered were underwhelming, with several being sent back to the bar. We ultimately resorted to safer options like wine, that poured directly from the bottle and avoided mixed ingredients. The food was also inconsistent. While some dishes ordered were decent - the salmon for instance, alternatively the short rib ravioli portion size was rather small, and it wouldn't be enough for someone with a hearty appetite. One of our entrees also seemed to have some issues with the aftermath of food positioning, which was a bit off-putting. Given these factors, our evening at The Common was disappointing. It’s unlikely that anyone in our party will return.

Fantastic experience- really great decor and design. Fantastic service and food! so much history here. Can be a bit noisy due to the high ceilings and filled restaurant.

I went here with my friends for my bachelorette! It was the perfect spot for great food and a fun atmosphere.

Always make sure you ask the guest if they want salt, pepper, hot sauce, things like that before the meal not after.

All of the food was outstanding. The chef even accommodated an allergy and produced an exceptional meal. Everything was top quality. Service was attentive. We recommend Common Restaurant highly.

We came to Common for my birthday, and it was absolutely amazing!! We got such a great table, with a card waiting there for my birthday, with a cute little pineapple pin. The table was upstairs, with a perfect view of the beautiful bar. The wine manager gave us a wonderful run down of the wine menu, and our server was amazing. We tried their prefixed menu, and everything was so freaking good. We left there full and happy. Common is truly a gem, and is probably in my top 3 favorite restaurants in Savannah. Such a great place for drinks, dinner, and special occasions. DO NOT SKIP this place on your trip here, or if you live here. Truly a 10/10 in every single way. I cannot wait for the bakery to open too- that 10 year starter sourdough.... I have been dreaming of it since devouring it last weekend lol.

Smoked Oyster Rockefeller, crab cake Benedict and bottomless mimosas and Bloody Mary. Also our waiter was very kind, servers checking our drinks all the time. The food was very good and the price is reasonable. We’ll have to go back and try more food! Everything was yummy
