Commission Row is a dining and entertainment experience in Bicentennial Unity Plaza, located in the Wholesale District of Indianapolis where entertainment and sports intersect. Just steps from the Gainbridge Fieldhouse along with other local area attractions.

True to the area’s historical roots, the restaurant offers guests the highest quality steaks, chops and seafood artfully curated by our culinary team. The menu is created as a culinary crossroad intended to delight the palate with each and every dish. The cuisine showcases seasonal ingredients along with a wine and spirits menu expertly paired.

The Above Event Space offers seating for up to 250 and standing over 400 for corporate, private dining, and weddings. The team will work with you to customize your experience and your menu.

The Speakeasy below Commission Row is known as Mel's and is a place to grab drinks before or after an event along with light appetizers.

We had an outstanding dinner! The seabass and scallop dish was absolutely world-class—perfectly cooked and full of flavor. Our server, Joaquim, was exceptional—knowledgeable, attentive, and provided excellent service. His wine knowledge was vast, pairing a fantastic Albariño wine with our meal, which was a first for me, and it complemented everything beautifully. Highly recommended for anyone looking for an unforgettable meal and top-notch service.

2nd time here, this last time to celebrate my sons 18th birthday and it was definitely disappointing. The service itself was okay but the food, definitely not worth the $$$. Steak was incredibly undercooked, Mac n cheese was way overcooked & very bland, mushrooms were just not good, cauliflower steak had no seasoning and could have been way better! Not sure if we will return anytime soon.

We LOVED our time at Commission Row. The meatballs and the Caesar salad were fantastic! We will come back again for sure! Atmosphere was amazing too!

My wife and I went for our anniversary and Commision Row was outstanding!! The service, food and atmosphere was a true 5 star experience for us. We will definitely be going again.

We visited before going to a concert on October 12, 2024, and we had a great experience. Our food and service were excellent. We both had the hamburger and fries, and we would have ordered dessert but we were too full. The hamburger was one of the best I’ve ever had. The fries were pretty much standard fare, but they were perfectly fine. I’d describe the decor as contemporary elegance. The tables are very nicely spaced with plenty of room between them; the arrangement creates an open, airy and upscale yet comfortable atmosphere. I highly recommend this restaurant and my companion and I are both looking forward to returning soon!

The level of professionalism experienced at Commission Row is second to none- especially if Ben is your server. He is so knowledgeable and can guide you on every aspect of the menu. It is obvious he is a foodie and is passionate about what he does. The food is outstanding and this was my first time trying the lobster bisque. It was by far the best I’ve ever had!!! Ben suggested we pair the crab cakes with it and he was so right. Everything was delicious and that chocolate cake is unlike anything I’ve ever had! It looks dark and butter and dense, but don’t let the looks fool you. This cake is light, creamy, and pillowy. The ambiance at Commission Row is warm and inviting and well designed for excellent conversation. The place was packed and I never struggled to hear my partner yet didn’t hear every word of our neighboring tables.

Delicious food and cocktails with expert service. Split the Brussels Sprout Caesar salad, Crab cake appetizer, rolls, and 10 oz filet. Food was all perfectly prepared and our waiter did an excellent job of timing the courses so that we didn’t feel rushed but were finished in plenty of time to make it to our concert. Thank you for a great start to the evening!
