                        I love the entire concept of this restaurant. It excited my older adult children and my teenagers. I saw families with young children in superhero costumes and I so hope they can get the management into this restaurant to do better. We need places that’s for the entire family! I walked in and waited (nobody else in line) not one person greeted us for 17 minutes until we started looking around. Several servers saw us, but never said hello, never said that someone would be there or even a smile. Just a blank stare. The restaurant was not crowded at all, not surprising for a Wednesday school night. We felt rushed when we finally sat at our table. Asking if we wanted to order as soon as we got menus. I would’ve liked a little more time to walk around and view everything but sat at the table while I called my guests on cell phone to come back to table. Specialty drinks were cute and creative. One of my guests had the baby yoda-Rita. Food was your average tasty bar food. Good burgers. I hope they get a little more leadership to help front of house team members know how to engage with customers. It was a real miss

                        Food wasn’t that good and restaurant was hot. Sweating and eating isn’t a good feeling.

                        The service was good; the food was below my expectations. I ordered the cheesesteak, little steak and cheese, and lot of bread.

                        We had a wonderful time, the service was a little slow but it was very good! The food was good, the atmosphere was good and we were enamored by the decor!

                        Great place for families and kids, big and small. Food was good and served in fun ways. I had a veggie sandwich that was very good. My kid had chicken tenders were hard as a rock but sweet potato fries made up for it. Hard sell on the photos they take of you but other wise wonderful atmosphere. We had great service and will be back.

                        We went to Comic X to celebrate my son’s 13th birthday. He went there for his 12th birthday and loved it so much that he wanted to come back again this year. I’m not sure if management changed but this time the experience was very different and disappointing. We specifically said in the reservation that it was his birthday and made sure to tell the waiter. They never brought out ice cream like they did last year or sang to him. The food was so expensive. We paid $200 after tip for 6 people and the food was pretty basic. Nothing special. We were also sat near a light that was broken and blinking constantly. We walked out all feeling let down and our son was pretty upset. We will not be back and will not recommend this restaurant to anyone.

                        We made reservations and stated that it was our 12 year olds birthday on the reservation; he was never recognized for his birthday. When we walked in it was fun to see all the statues and comic book/marvel related items but the overall place needed to be updated and cleaned. The bathroom was dirty and appeared to not have a working air conditioning as it was so hot and needed cleaned. The food was decent but the timing was off .. 3 members of our party got their food and 1 waited 8 minutes after the rest was delivered to get theirs. The buffalo wings were cold and the chocolate syrup for the ice cream cart was extremely liquidy and not good. The cart itself needed to be repainted or cleaned up. We got 2 cocktails- 1 cocktail was nothing like the picture and lacked the whipped cream. The draft beers were not available as the machine was broken. There are people walking around to take your picture and then charging $20 for the picture and frame. We were really looking forward to coming here but just left disappointed and determined it was a one time place, overpriced, and needed to be updated and rethinked.

                        There is a lot to see, but the food was sub-par, mass produced, seemed like it was previously frozen items. The characters looked dusty and it just felt sticky in the place. I would go back to look at characters and walk around the restaurant, but I would not eat there again. I tried the avocado fries…seemed like a way to get rid of overripe avocados. I had the appetizer tacos…salsa and meat was good, but cilantro looked old, brown, and wilted and cut limes were not fresh. They looked like they had been sitting out all day. My husbands drink took a very long time to come. It arrived after all the food. He got the beef fajitas. The meat was very well done and chewy. The portion of fajitas was very large though! The kids chicken fingers and fries were actually good! It took a long time for someone to come back to our table after food was there to ask for more condiments. We got the table side s’mores and that was fun and delicious. There weren’t as many games to play as I would have expected. Overall thoughts…expensive, blah food, good dessert, fun to look around.

                        Overall, the experience is good, but when we asked for A1 sauce, they brought us a bottle of water. It was kind of gross pouring it on my steak, but other than that, it was a good experience.
