When the veal parmesan chop is on the the specials, you shouldn't run out of it by 7:00 on a Saturday evening.

We had a nice dinner. The food was fine. Service was ok. Shouldn’t have to ask for water. There were 4 of us. One water. Then 3. Then finally 4. That was strange.

Really excited to see the Biltmore chicken platter has been added to the menu! Some of the other changes not so much. My husband loved your burger with Louie sauce and ordered it every time, not only is it gone, but he was completely turned off by the new burger choices which will absolutely limit our future visits. You can’t even get a side of Louie sauce, really? The citrus aioli is terrible. You need the aioli from the small batch kitchen.

Collin’s restaurants are always consistently good. The public house is no exception. In fact it was one of the best meals we’ve had from this group. Looking forward to coming back soon.

Well i really enjoyed our night at Collins Brothers. I think we ate here before but things seemed to change for the better. service was really good from the hostess to getting our drinks to the main course everyone was so nice. food was on point, I loved everything. drinks were on point too great old fashion. Best thing was that we weren't talking over loud meaningless music and 50 people doing the same just a great place to have a great meal, and have a great night thanks

Food was great as usual. The only issue we had was with our server. She was attentive at the beginning of service . After the food was served she disappeared, water glasses went empty. We had to ask the hostess to try and find her. After 15 minutes we asked the hostess to fill our water glasses. We like to celebrate special occasions and family gatherings. I spent $400 and we don’t need anything special we just want good service. We went to Butters the next day and we had all the servers checking on us. Maybe management should take heed.

This was our first visit and we were very pleasantly surprised! Can’t believe we’ve lived in the area for an entire year and have never been here until now. Our server was very attentive, our food was just as expected, if not better and the value for it all was very reasonable. We will absolutely be back!
