We celebrated my daughter’s 25th birthday! The servers and service was outstanding! They paid attention to details and suprised us with thoughtful gestures! The manager stopped by to chat with us and acknowledge the special occasion! Our meals were great! This was our first Colletta foray! We will return!

My 2 sisters & I dined at Colletta for a lunch date. When we arrived it was a beautiful day so I requested outside dining. It was absolutely perfect weather for outside dining. I’d dined at Colletta previously and my favorite dish was the Bucatini. The girls were excited to give it a try. Upon placing our order our amazing waitress Navi ( I think) shared with us that the dish had been modified. The dish I preferred was a wine butter sauce pasta with shrimp packed with flavor , Navi ( I think) detailed a black pasta colored with squid ink, coupled with shrimp, calamari & mussels covered in marinara sauce. I was so grateful she’d shared the changes I would’ve been mortified with that combination. I asked if she could simply ask the chef if he would be able & willing to recreate the original and they fulfilled our request. The cuisine was 10/10. I had a Cabernet Sauvignon red wine 🍷 it paired well with course. I don’t remember the beverages my sisters enjoyed. Great experience 10/10 per usual. Will be back soon .

Terrible communication issue between the restaurant staff causing us an additional 30-40 mins beyond our reservation time. They didn't make the manager aware of the delay until it became too late.

Colletta was amazing! They really made our anniversary feel special and celebrated us. They gave us a gift for us both to enjoy to start off our night. Our waitress was very kind as well. She gave us complimentary champagne to toast to. She threw in an appetizer on top of the one we ordered. She also threw in a second dessert on top of the one we ordered, and the restaurant gave us a special dessert for our anniversary! One of the best meals of my life. 100/10 recommend.

Came here for a birthday and had a WONDERFUL experience. The restaurant reached out before the reservation to ask if the person of honor had any hobbies, interests, favorite color, etc. Once we arrived, they gifted them a book! Our waitress Sage was the BEST! She was so friendly and personable. Will definitely be returning to Colletta.

It was our wedding anniversary and they went all out! They had a gift waiting for us, date cards with fun questions, and a complimentary desert. It really made our experience incredible. Not to mention the food and staff were also awesome.
