We had a great time celebrating my friends birthday. The family style experience was absolutely fantastic and curated to meet our needs!

A mixed bag. The food was very good but the service had several misses. The price points were also 10% higher than they should have been. Chicken for $37?? Ravioli for $28? A cocktail for $21? On to the service: our waiter was friendly and mostly attentive (though we did have to flag down someone else a few times), but the overall operational flow was off. I hate it when the appetizers arrive before the drinks and sure enough, that's how our experience started! The pre-dinner cocktails should always come first to whet the appetite. We ordered two of the same chicken dinners, but one arrived a full 10 minutes before the other one. Very odd! And the one that arrived first appeared to have been sitting under a heat lamp. We ordered a post-dinner drink from the menu and were informed that the item "should not have been listed on the menu". Huh? It was printed clear as day. We ordered the same after-dinner cocktail, five minutes apart, and one arrived but the other one didn't. We finished dessert and the drink still had not arrived, prompting us to cancel it. The waiter said the bartender was backed up. That should never be offered as an excuse - management should ensure adequate staffing. Lastly, my wife ordered a second cocktail - - the same as her first - but it was made completely differently. Not even close, even the color was noticeably different, yet it was the same drink. These service details marred the overall experience. And after paying the hefty bill, it was hard to leave with the thought that "oh, that was worth it" the way one feels when leaving a top-notch restaurant with impeccable service.

We went for my mom’s 70th birthday. The Chef and staff went above and beyond to make it special and memorable. The food and service were excellent!

I wish I could give this place a 10/5! It was BEYOND amazing! From the beautiful, rustic and elegant design on the inside, to the stellar customer service from everyone inside, this place did not disappoint. I came for an early birthday celebration and the manager Shane, out of town manager Joe and our STELLAR waitress Christy made this a night to remember. We went for the family style deal which allowed us to taste four courses with the rigatoni and the short rib as a huge standout. I cannot wait to come back again to try some more authentic, fresh, Italian bites.

Shane and Danny made our first visit absolutely amazing! It didn’t hurt that the food was really good too, I am still thinking about those yummy meatballs. I will certainly be back!

Excellent and really enjoyable. They made our anniversary dinner absolutely perfect. Definitely will go back and eat again.

Met a friend for dinner and we both tried Colletta for the first time. We each had wine that we really enjoyed, focaccia appetizer was good, and a Cesar and a chopped salad which were both delicious. For a main course I had the shrimp & crab with squid noodles. It was a tad oily for my preference but it was good. The crab was shredded throughout and the shrimp were large and tasty. My friend had the bolognese and he liked it but felt like it was a bit of a smaller portion than he’d hoped. Very loud inside with the high ceilings so hard to hear each other talk at times. But we’d both agreed we’d try it again.

Greeted warmly as soon as we stepped inside the door. Zach, our server, was knowledgeable and attentive and the food was perfection -- Caesar, pasta, and chicken spiced and full of flavors.

I have been coming to Colleta regularly for the last 3 years almost weekly or more. Service has gone done significantly. It was a place I used to recommend as a “go to” but honestly I can’t recommend it any more because the service had degraded. We usually sit at the bar for dinner but the last few times I went to dining area because there was no seating. Was informed also that despite the advertising or notations that Happy Hour Menus was not available on Friday anymore. For us we liked that because we would the price delta to tip the servers a bit more. 1. Long waits before you get a drink or someone to attend to you. 2. When they do tend to you they forget about you. Last week I waited for a beer for 15 mins I finally went to the bar myself to retrieve it. Frustrating 3. Last evening similar experience. Seated promptly but 10-15 minutes before anyone came to wait on us. Eventually they delivered our food but we had small plates not suitable and the server took to plates to get us larger ones and never came back. I had to go to counter and retrieve our plates. Overall it is pretty disappointing. We see some of the folks that have been there a while but it seems the new team is lost. We will probably have to take a break until things get sorted out.
