                                                                This is our fourth time visiting Colletta. We enjoyed it and were doing a second dinner to celebrate our 30th wedding anniversary. The food was wonderful and our server was excellent! The only complaint was the hostess. We booked a 5:15 appointment on Sunday thinking we could do an early dinner and beat the crowd. The restaurant was only at about 20% of capacity and we notified them ahead of time that it was our anniversary. However, when we requested a booth instead of a table, the hostess treated us as if we had asked for something completely out of the ordinary?! She did end up moving us to a 1/2 booth, which was fine, but we just could not understand why there was an issue. That being said, there was a bouquet of roses on the table, a special dessert, and the the rest of the staff made us feel special. So, it did not ruin our night. I am not going to ding the ratings because one person did not exhibit the same level of service as everyone else. We love this place!

                                                                Food and drinks were delicious as always, and I appreciate the opportunity to book reservations online/Open Table. Our server Cocoa was wonderful…friendly, efficient, timed drinks, salad and meals perfectly and brought more bread for my son (as he loves it). I had made outside reservation but host was kind enough to check to see if we could be seated inside…many thanks to him. Always a great experience!

                                                                Great experience and service. Food was exceptional and the staff took special care for our anniversary. Will definitely come again for the service and food.

                                                                Would highly recommend. Only issue was we noted on the reservation it was our anniversary and we were seated at one of the worst tables in the restaurant. We were basically seated at the water station. Luckily the bar was open and we were able to move, glad we like sitting at the bar. Once seated at the bar we had a great experience. The waitstaff and manager were great.

                                                                Disappointing……they were really off last night. Our waitress and the hostess both confessed that the kitchen was overwhelmed and the new sous chef could not handle the volume. Stuff happens….apologies were made but in the case of the waitress, it was a bit of robotic and insincere. Waited an hour and twenty minutes for dinner. Food was good but service was very subpar. Also, we had to wait too long to be seated as the greeting team also seemed overwhelmed. The men who had to valet the cars also seemed overwhelmed. While the food and ambiance is great, I would wait a while before going to make sure they straighten out their current service challenges
