Located directly across from the Turner Gallery, in the heart of Margate. Colina is a fish-forward restaurant, highlighting great local ingredients, with dishes inspired by the sun-kissed Mediterranean.

With daily specials written on the blackboard and a range of smaller and larger seasonal plates, Colina has you covered for a light bite and a glass of wine, or a selection of plates to share.

Join us for a drink in our beautiful basement bar for a pre (or post!) dinner drink from Wednesday to Sunday.

It's about the 5th time this year and it has not disappointed. Good service, really good food and lovely ambience. It's a gem in Margate.

The food was delicious and good sized portions. The seats were reasonably comfortable. The drinks weren’t too expensive and the service was friendly. The ambience was fairly basic.

Beautiful decor & attention to every little detail down to the the lovely chairs and menus matching the paintings on the wall. Food was well delicious small plates. I liked your could choose to make some dishes mains size. Not cheap, but I felt the atmosphere, food & service made it worth it- perhaps more for a special occasion kind of budget for us.

An excellent choice for lunch with a great selection of small plates for sharing. Lots of vegetarian and vegan choices too. Service was friendly and attentive but discrete. Conveniently located close to the Turner Gallery.

excellent, always good. Very relaxed, service is pleasant and accommodating and food as usual is excellent.

My daughter in law, who is a genius at finding good places to stay or eat, identified the Colina some while ago. It is now our "Go to" restaurant with friends and has always been very enjoyable. last Sunday was no exception.

Fantastic experience here. The setting is lovely, everything done to a high standard. GREAT staff who were truly lovely. The food was really delicious and unique. Really offering something different here and not bad value for money given it’s all good quality ingredients. Would come back and recommend! I liked the friend polenta and wish I tried the bread as it looked so good. My friend mentioned it was my birthday and they even gave us a glass of fizz each! Didn’t expect that at all!

Wonderful restaurant, the small plates were so good we ordered more . The service was perfect , lovely staff , will definitely book again when in Margate .
