Date night before a concert at nearby Terra Fermatta. We had a great time and love all the families with their children enjoying the play areas!

Staff lovely. Happy hour. My friends who had never been there before enjoyed their tocos. I was extremely disappointed in my ahi appetizer. Tuna mushy which I have never experienced anywhere and absolutely no taste. Was glad no one asked me for a taste. I know CoLab can do much better. I will return. My friends loved the place.

Thanks for coming in and for the notes. If you ordered the tuna nachos, the tuna on that dish was chopped (mushy). Sometimes we do have tuna steak on the menu, that would be more to your liking!

It’s important to first say the food and the service were exceptional. My husband had the brisket and I had the flounder with curry. Beautifully presented and absolutely delicious. Our server was also exceptional and recommended the fish for me. Truly an excellent addition to the Stuart food scene. We were sat at a table in a path that led from the open kitchen to the patio door. The kitchen supervisor calling orders was so loud that it was nearly impossible to talk. Add in the mass amounts of “free range children” (those playing outside while their parents ate inside) who ran past our table nonstop between the inside dining area and outside and date night dinner conversation died. If there were a way to try CoLab again and be able to relax and converse with my husband I’d definitely go back for the great food and drinks. Unfortunately, I’m not sure that’s a viable option.

Inside and outside very noisy need some ceiling, floor, etc .. treatment. Otherwise great food, and service.

Food is great. Had fish special and wagyu. Both were delicious. Consistently great service. Cocktails are interesting and good as well.

The brisket was smoked for 17 hours but it only took mere minutes to devour every delicious bight!
