I loved my shrimp dish, my husband enjoyed his cod fish. One of my sons has the chicken and he liked the spice level he chose. My other son ordered the duck which he liked but there were slivers in it. The desserts were amazing. I really like your new restaurant ❤️.

What a lovely restaurant! The food was impeccable and the atmosphere very peaceful and quiet. The service was amazing. Will be back!

Excellent ambience! We celebrated my husband's 53rd birthday with our children. We had an amazing time - the food was wonderful. We all tried the Chef's Signature dish which was a slow cooked lamb curry - the meat melted in your mouth as it was so tender! We also ordered the kuttanadu slow cooked duck roast, the chicken mappas and the calicut lamb biryani with kerala parotta, ghee rice and basmati rice sides. Highly recommended!!!

We had an amazing dinner with friends!! We did the tasting menu with wine pairing and it was spectacular! Flavours, service & ambience all 5star!

Not my first visit here. The food is simply spectacular, a menu of modern Indian cuisine that is unrivalled in the Ottawa area unless you visit its sister restaurant Thali. The atmosphere is elegant and serene while still managing to be unpretentious . The staff are equally elegant , friendly and informative .

Excellent food. We had a party of 6 and 2 of us ordered the chefs plate special ( 7 courses) and the other 4 did not. My only complaint is trying to coordinate when the courses arrived could have been much better. The 4 who ordered of the menu were all done their meals when the 2 who ordered the chefs special still had 3 courses to go. But overall great spot to go.

This restaurant has a very good reputation. The appetizers were very good. The service was friendly, but very poor. For example, we were left without cutlery for extended periods of time, to the point that our food was getting cold. I know it was a busy night, but for the cost, I would’ve expected better.

For the second year in a row I had the pleasure of dining at Coconut Lagoon for my birthday. We again enjoyed the chef’s tasting menu with wine pairings. The food was fabulous! The staff were very attentive. Unfortunately the sommelier is no longer there and the staff and manager were unable to tell us about the wines served other than the type and the name on the bottle. Expected more from this fine dining experience and price.

A longtime patron of Coconut Lagoon, yesterday was our first visit since the renovation. A huge upgrade in terms of layout, ambience. Food (cooking, taste, plating, variety of choices, quantity and quality) impeccable and unique as always, service was as good as always (courtesy, care, attention), prices were reasonable for the quality. A most enjoyable experience. Nice to see that now there are options for outdoor (patio) dining, as well as the two-level vantage available. The restaurant was nearly full but somehow seemed more spacious and indeed a most relaxing and warm, welcoming dining experience (just as before!).
