We had a late reservation and we were told to “find the server” which took some time. Drinks were ok. On our way out the bouncers were kicking someone out and tried to put them in our elevator, it going really badly, and then asking us to get out of the elevator.

The prices were way too high, and the service was terrible—we were practically forgotten and had to wait forever to pay our bill. They really hype up the place, but honestly, the cocktail selection is poor, and everything is overpriced

We opted not to dine here. The music was too loud and we didnt find the menu appealing. We are locals and were surprised to see the odd layout of rooftop bar; the lack of customer service….not just casual but uncaring. We walked over to the Shoreroom and had an excellent experience.

First time visit and absolutely loved it! Took the train up from San Diego (very convenient). Enjoyed the ambience and experience and will definitely be back.

First time going to Cocoabana’s and I LOVED it! I live in the area and had been wanting to try it out for a while. The service was great! Staff are all so nice! Food and drinks were good! Definitely will be going back again!

I love this place! It is so beautiful with such great views. The staff is so kind! Their service was a bit slow and I think they should have a little bit more on their food menu. Not many options, especially for vegetarians.

Cute place.but terribly loud nightclub music on a Sunday brunch, couldn’t even hear my friend sitting next to me food-was blah Lousy service, rude waitress, reach across us to serve food instead if going around..tossed extra salsa we asked for on the table. What a shame….…
