Staff really would benefit from customer training. This is advertised a a high end restaurant and is well decorated, however the girls at reception were rude and not friendly at all. They made us feel not very welcome. The staff were slow yet the restaurant was empty. They had to be asked to b ring cutlery and they do not even change plated or cutlery after the starters. There is a lot of improvement needed.

I usually really enjoy coming to Coco however this time we were a little let down by the service and shisha. Shisha usually lasts a good few hours however this time (nearly up to an hour) there was no flavour and not a good smoke. After to speaking to someone they said it only lasts about an hour and we have pay extra £20 to get a different flavour and that the flavour had all burnt out (reason why it wasn't great). I was quite disappointed as this has never happened to us before and we would enjoy a good few hours. The service was also not great and it wasn't that busy and plenty of staff around. Food and drinks were really nice as usual.

Great location for lunch after visiting local tourist attractions... Staff friendly.. food good.. drinks delicious.... And good views from outside terrace

I spent 160 pounds for two people yesterday. I just want a seat along the river, and I specifically asked for it when I made the reservation. However, when I arrived at the scene, the front desk did not arrange a seat along the river for me, but placed me in the middle of the hookah smoke. It makes me sick!

Travel all the way from Bicester for this love the decor and the food is impressive no complaints to be made

Abla was our server and she was absolutely lovely, so attentive and kind. Ridoy the supervisor was so welcoming and respectful. The food was delicious and fast service! I definitely recommend this restaurant and will be back!

The experience was good but the I had my best friends birthday which was the occasion they didn’t even offer anything to make it feel special.
