We have had the pleasure of eating at Cochon before but it had been a while since we had been there. We will not wait so long between visits again. Everything was excellent. We thoroughly enjoyed our dinner choices , the sirloin steak entree and the smoked salmon. The appetizer we shared was the grilled octopus which was grilled perfectly. The cuisine using fresh vegetables, herbs, and spices is exceptionally delicious and appreciated. The service was excellent. Our waitress efficient and charming. We consider this one of three of our favorite restaurants in Williamsburg, Virginia.

Food was excellent and beautifully served. The chocolate dessert was a work of art! Service was attentive but not rushed. We requested a quieter spot so we could talk and that is what we got!! Perfect evening in every way!!

I really enjoyed the atmosphere… the service was okay … the food was okay … I went to culinary school and it tasted like walk in freezer … I expected fresh ingredients several shells in the crab cake … the firecracker shrimp was the best part of the meal my boyfriend drove 6 hours for this reservation and I was very dissatisfied… he did not want to complain it was for his birthday so I went with it … it was not worth it at all

First time visiting and could not have been happier with the evening. The menu was mostly sourced locally. The wine list was small but well rounded. Appetizers and entrees exceeded expectations. The atmosphere is rustic, reminded me of a winery. Our server, Kiran, was excellent which was great given it was his first day. Will be a regular going forward.

Ambience and space is beautiful and cocktails are interesting and tasty. One person in our party ordered the duck, medium, and it showed up well-done. Restaurant did the right thing and took it off the bill as we didn’t react to wait for them to fire another duck. My halibut special was delicious - moist and flaky. Other party member had a steak which was cooked to the temp he requested. Service was great - attentive and engaging but not overbearing.

I can’t recommend Cochon enough. If you’re in the Williamsburg area it is a must visit. Perfect for a date night or dinner with friends. The food is absolutely spectacular. Our server, Allison presented the specials in a way that made our mouths water. I would give this restaurant 5 more stars than the survey allows.

The evening was wonderful and the food delicious. Our server, Jordan, was outstanding and very personable. We look forward to our next visit there.
