Located in the historic Dunedin Railway Station it makes for the perfect spot to stop in for some lunch or dinner.
We can cater for large groups. Dunedin has the beautiful Moa Function Room - private dining (seats up to 80 people) or the perfect venue for a 21st birthday celebration (platters and drinks up to 100 people).
We feature an awesome separate play area, full parents room.
Easy restaurant access for prams and those with mobility requirements.
From high vis, to high chairs, high heels to highly experienced - everyone's welcome at a Cobb. Come join us for Traffic lights, Cobb Crunchies, Shrimp Cocktails.

We can make your next event a great success! We offer our All day menu, lunch menu, gold card menu, kids' menu. For larger groups we have our 2/3 course Something to Celebrate Menu. Ask about our Buffet options too! An excellent option for groups of 30 or more. Platters and drinks are really popular for larger birthday parties...we love groups!

Our Moa Room is the perfect space for a special event. No charge for a minimum spend $800. Completely private. 72 seated, 100 standing. Own bathroom; close to the bar area; can decorate the space and use chromecast for videos/music. Our Green Room is a lovely little room perfect for around 10-14 guests. No charge for booking.

The food tasted good but I was very surprised at how small the meal was, I had the scotch fillet with roasted vegetables and mashed potato so certainly not the cheapest on the menu by any stretch. It filled up less than half a plate, it would have fitted on a side plate with ease. When I mentioned this to the waiter he just brushed it off which was very disappointing. It is the first time I have left a restaurant hungry, which defeats the purpose of going there in the first place. If you eat very little, this is the place for you, for everyone else…… try somewhere else instead.

Nice bit of Nostagalia,though with an interesting twist of 2 robot waiters serving food to us & other customers. 🤣

Yet again, fantastic experience here. Great fast service even though it was busy. Delicious food. No complaints whatsoever

We had the most wonderful dinner. It was like walking back in time. Great food choice and value for money

Service Person was lovely, she was polite, she checked in on us, they had a notice up saying they were short staffed and food and drinks may take longer but it was real quick! Everyone was happy with their meals, it was a bit noisy but when there are a lot of people in a Restaurant you can expect that (especially since it was new years) will definitely return

Food was so yummy and service awesome. Robots were a great surprise. Great value for what you get.

Staff were very nice but the seafood chowder was not good. The squid wss like a piece of rubber I couldn't evem stretch it let alone chew it. The shrimp cocktail didn't stand out, shrimp, iceberg & dressing, not tasty. The penne & fish'n chip wss fine. We won't be back. Thank you.

My family and I always enjoy dining at Cobb &Co. The food is always delicious. The service is always superb. Over all it is our number 1 place to go.

One order was missed from the list, lot of us had fries that were cold, the wafer on the sundaes was stale, rubbery and wouldn’t even break. Overall not the best meal
