Le restaurant de fruits de mer le Cobalt Restaurant and Lounge est adjacent à l'établissement le Vero Beach Hotel and Spa. Le restaurant est situé au 1er étage et dispose d'une terrasse qui fait face à la plage ainsi que d'un foyer extérieur. L'endroit abrite également le charmant bar le Heaton's Reef où se trouve la piscine qui fait elle aussi face à la mer. Vous êtes invité à venir profiter du soleil et du bruit des vagues sur la terrasse du restaurant tout en sirotant un de leurs cocktails maison ou à vous réchauffer autour du foyer lors d'une soirée plus fraîche. Jenna was an excellent server but the real hero was the wonderful manager who helped us get a lovely spot to enjoy our evening.

The service and atmosphere were excellent. Thomas and Agnelica are great servers. The experience was outstanding.

They need to decide if they want to be a fine dining restaurant or a dance club.

We feature Motown Tuesdays weekly on Tuesday night and that is our only entertainment. You can always find an updated listing on our website or facebook!

Our waiter, Winston, was outstanding. Each of us ordered a different entree and no one wanted to share! Excellant food and service.

The menu was so limited after 5:00 p,m. and the food was at best mediocre & the service really poor!

Went for brunch. We sat on the terrace overlooking the ocean. I loved how they off a complimentary rose as they take you to your table. One of us ordered the eggs Benedict with smoked salmon. It was so delicious. The other ordered the coconut French toast with caramelized bananas and fresh pineapple. It was like having a tropical feast in your mouth! The mimosas and coffee were also delicious.

The ocean ambience is delightful. Our server was excellent. While the food was good, the portion size was questionable. The shrimp and grits contained two shrimp. The lox and bagel had perhaps 1 ounce of lox at most. And the chocolate chip cookies were small to medium and were four dollars each.
