Where the water meets the sky, Coastal Fish Company sits on the edge of Hyde Lake in Shelby Farms Park creating a picturesque location for diners to enjoy.

Coastal Fish Company offers a unique fine-dining experience by having the freshest and best sourced seafood prepared in traditional styles and new twists. Want your favorite raw oysters ? Why not try them with one of our many savory sorbets. Care for a key lime pie to end your night on a sweet note? How about opting for the chocolate covered key lime pie to satisfy that chocolate craving. Blazing heat at our 5 pm reservation and then, the heaters were all turned on. Completely unacceptable. We complained and then we were told they had to be turned on it before 5:30 and that they wouldn’t be turned up and then of course it was blazing heat on top of the sun and we had to beg them to turn the two heaters off that were near our tables when they supposedly turned them off it didn’t feel like they were turned off, and it was miserable until the sun set. Reservation was @ 530. We waited almost 10 minutes before waitress came and got our drink order. Then she was very inattentive throughout the meal and when she did come to the table it wasn’t to ask if we needed any thing drink wise she would hound us to order our entrees, probably asked 5+ times if we were ready order while we were eating TWO appetizers and enjoying a bottle of wine. Not worth the $400 (including tip)

We celebrated a friend’s milestone birthday. The staff could not have been more accommodating! We had a beautiful view and fantastic service!

The perfect time to go in October was between 5:30 and 6:00 to see the sunset. Love that they have complementary sunglasses now because it’s pretty bright for those facing the sun. Weather was perfect and so was the service. Joseph was very attentive. Good was delicious for everyone! Grouper, salmon, lobster tail, filet mignon, butternut squash ravioli, and the shrimp and Brie dip were all hits! A great night out with family!

Ivy made our dining exceptional with excellent service. The food was scrumptious. I have frequented Coastal several times now it’s become a staple. Thank you for a lovely evening.

Our server was Liz. Very knowledgeable about the menu, wine and how dishes were prepared. Everything, oysters, salads, seafood entrees were excellent capped with fantastic deserts.
