Most overvalued $200 meal I've ever eaten. Drinks were overpriced and skimpy, meal was fair, and the place was empty at 5:30.

I had the sirloin and it was medium well but tough and chewy and unseasoned. The mashed potatoes were delicious and the asparagus as well. The garden salad was delicious too. My mom had the sampler platter and the shrimp and crab ball was wonderful but the fish was not good. My daughter had the child’s chicken and fries and she said it was okay. For the price, it wasn’t the best but the view was amazing and the company was excellent.

The food was delicious! Highly recommend the seafood bisque & crab crusted red fish. My husband had the seafood sampler and loved his as well. Cocktails and wine were both great & we even squeezed in a yummy raspberry creme brûlée. Veranda was beautiful to sit at and watch the sunset. Great service also!

Pricey for avg to below avg food. Quite slow service tho our server seemed to be doing her best.

The accommodations were great! Atmosphere, ambience and hospitality were on point. The menu selections were beautifully descriptive. But once we received our meals… we were disappointed. While the quality of the food was okay…. The descriptions and pricing raised the standard that the food did not deliver on. Our meals were very basic and not what the menu portrayed. Our experience would have been less disappointing had we approached it with an expectation of very standard hotel food rather than culinary cuisine based on what we read on the menu.

My wife and I dined at The Coast Restaurant the last evening of our vacation. The restaurant was spacious and well-appointed. We requested veranda seating on this particularly windy evening overlooking the gulf and was quickly seated. Our waitress, Mackenzie was terrific; attentive, knowledgable and very efficient. The food was absolutely delicious! The picturesque gulf views provided a wonderful backdrop for photos. The hostess provided unexpected expertise in iPhone camera operation and photographic skills. Overall a fabulous experience! Highly recommended!
