Leading our Kitchen is the well experienced Matt Le Beau. Our menu offers modern Australian cuisine using premium local land and sea produce. Our charcoal Josper oven imparts a distinctive and unique array of flavours through the art of cooking over fire, think old world charm with new world vibes.

Nestled in the heart of the Gold Coast with uninterrupted views of Surfers Paradise beach and the Pacific Ocean, COAST boasts a 140 global wine collection and a 160 seated rooftop beach bar to enjoy one of our signature cocktails or craft beers - before or after dinner. We have a live entertainment schedule showcasing some of the best DJs and local musicians.

We can happily accomodate their needs. A $10 per person pre-paid deposit is required to secure this booking. This will be deducted off the total bill during your visit. The food was good and i think it’s worth the money we paid for. The ambience and set up was good for valentine’s day night. The performer singing that night was good and made our night.

It wasn’t a experience. Just a normal meal with and incredible overpriced set menu. Everything was to share (so you actually didn’t have individual plates). All the portions were small. There wasn’t a chance to even change or choose. And the place wasn’t proper for a romantic dinner. The noise, the vibe, the lack of ambient, exactly like any other cheap restaurant except that we spent more than 300 for a regular dinner.

The food was delicious, and the set Valentines menu very well done (perfect amount of food). The live singer really added to the night, making the ambience and vibe really romantic. The service from all staff was also amazing. Will definitely be back!

There was no air conditioning, we waited for 2 hours for the main course which was presented as best quality Angus steak 500g but had a big bone, lots of fat and was very chewy. We had to get water ourselves and the desert was just one portion to share. Very pricey at $120pp and low food quality and service.

Sono cliente del Meriton camera 2305. Ho comunicato il numero di camera e mostrato la chiave al momento dell ingresso ieri sera. Al momento del conto non ho controllato ed ho pagato. Non mi è stato applicato lo sconto clienti Meriton del 10%. Riferito alla cameriera mi ha detto che avrei dovuto dirlo alla richiesta del conto. Ma non è così come scritto sulla offerta in hotel. Non tornerò più in questo ristorante.
