I received an email that they were open for Labor Day based on the menu that was in the email. and made a reservation for an ideal time. We got there and our preferred seating was not available, not a huge deal. But then we found out that nothing any of us wanted was available (the seafood offerngs) - all sold out - including the Wings. We all ordered fairly basic meals. My long time favorite meatloaf was overcooked and salty.

Our waiter Julian could have done better. Great guy but kept forgetting what we needed and didn't return. The food is outstanding the pricing matches the food. I may go back for the experience and entertainment but with a different waiter for sure.

It wasnt the best 1st time experience . The hostess seem to be very stressed which made us alittle stressed. Everything just seemed to be chaotic.

Good is outstanding! Everything we got was so good. But it was hot and they had the front doors wide open. Our table was sticky, service was not that great, and it was super loud in there. We came to celebrate my husbands birthday and I even put that in the revelation notes. But the waiter or staff never said anything about that. Definitely left disappointed and spent over $150 for two adults and two kids.

We chose Coalition Food and Beverage for our recent couples' night out. The menu is a seafood lover’s paradise, and we indulged in various dishes showcasing Chef Ruben's expertise and the restaurant's commitment to quality. With recommendations from our amazing server Curtis, we started our meal with the Jumbo Lump Blue Crab Cake, Seafood Cocktail, Oyster Sampler, and New England Clam Chowder. For our entrees, we couldn’t resist trying a variety of dishes: Mediterranean Branzino was a revelation, with its crispy skin and tender, flaky meat; Blackened Grouper was equally impressive, offering a spicy kick that was mellowed by a rich, buttery sauce; Wild Caught Maine Lobster Tails that were sweet, succulent, and served with a luscious drawn butter that elevated the dish to a whole new level; Broiled Fisherman Plate was a generous serving of the freshest catch, broiled to perfection, with each element—whether it was the shrimp or salmon—showcasing its unique flavor. Our meal was beautifully complemented by expertly crafted cocktails. The Brown Sugar Old Fashioned was a delightful twist on a classic, with the warmth of brown sugar adding depth to the smooth bourbon. The Watermelon Lychee Mojito was a refreshing, fruity concoction that balanced sweetness and tartness, making it an ideal summer drink. Overall, our evening at Coalition was extraordinary. Each dish was a testament to the restaurant’s commitment to fresh, high-quality ingredients and impeccable preparation. Whether you’re a seafood enthusiast or just looking for a fantastic dining experience, Coalition Food and Beverage is the place to be. We left the restaurant not just satisfied, but eager to return in a few weeks and explore more of their mouthwatering offerings.

The food was great, the service was great, the atmosphere was great! I loved everything about it! We will be back to try other things on the menu we didn’t get a chance to eat! 1000/10 you must try it!
