We had an incredible dining experience at CW steakhouse. From the moment we walked in, the atmosphere was warm and inviting, setting the perfect tone for a great meal. The steaks were cooked to absolute perfection—tender, juicy, and packed with flavor. Every dish we ordered was expertly prepared, from the appetizers to the sides and desserts. What truly made our evening exceptional was our server, Michael. He was attentive, knowledgeable, and genuinely made us feel welcome. His recommendations were spot-on, and his friendly yet professional demeanor elevated our dining experience. He went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed, making the meal even more enjoyable. If you’re looking for a top-notch steakhouse with outstanding service, this is the place to go. Be sure to ask for Michael—he will make your experience unforgettable! We can’t wait to return.

My wife and I really enjoy a steak dinner out on occasion and almost always go to Ruth’s Chris. We decided to try CW as it is closer and seemed to be upscale. We began with a glass of Moscato which was very good and ordered the Bang Bang Shrimp appetizer to share. The appetizer came out and consisted of 5 fried shrimp with a sauce drizzled in top. Both had no flavor and didn’t hold a candle to the Bang Bang Shrimp at Bonefish Grill. We were then brought their “bread service” which consisted of 6 pieces of crostini and a dish of oil and balsamic. Again disappointing. My wife had a bone in ribeye and I had the filet mignon. We also ordered two “shareable” sides, the parmesan mashed potatoes and season vegetables that were sliced carrots and asparagus pieces. Everything came out barely warm and the shareable sides were rather small in size. All in all the bill with tip was $200. For a few dollars more we could have gone to Ruth’s Chris and had a first class meal and service. Sorry CW, we won’t be back.

This is the second time me and my family been here an again C&W steakhouse did a wonderful job! James was our service once again and he remembered us! This place will be a place for me and my family to go for a great meal. I surly will continue to visit every other month. Plus the moscato was delicious!!!!!

Was trying to decide where to go for Valentine's dinner. Since this place is close to home and had an open reservation, we decided to give them a try. Arrived at 6:10 for our 6:30 reservation and was seated right away. Out the gate service seemed to be slow. It took about 8-10 minutes before our server came over to get our drink orders. As the evening continued the service seemed to get even slower. Although this was a holiday weekend, I don't think that was the reason for the slowness. It appeared that they were under staffed and only one person working the bar. They had a set menu for Valentine's Day which ended up being pretty good. I didn't really like that they didn't allow you a choice of regular menu or the set menu. Appetizers: Caesar Salad & Shrimp scampi. The shrimp scampi was seasoned to perfection. Main course: Steak mashed potatoes and asparagus. The potatoes were seasoned wonderfully. The steak was cool. Not nasty but the waiter made it a point to say the executive chef was from steak 48. Shouldn't have mentioned that because there was no comparison on food or service. Dessert: We went with the apple pie and ice cream pie f which the pie was more like apple bread pudding. Definitely not a pie. It was burnt so I sent it back and got the chocolate cake which was more like a moose cake. Nothing exciting. Overall, the food was decent but the service was not great. Sharon the manager came around and asked about the food. They really need to step up the service.
