James was our server, and they took great care of the business dinner we had. They were able to accommodate adding a few people in. Appetizers were perfect for sharing, and the Entrees were very well prepared

Picked this place sort of blindly. Food was amazing. We devoured the tapas menu except for one dish. The GM literally spots it across the restaurant and politely asks, "Are you not liking this one?" Like wow!!!! Is that not amazing attention to detail? She comes from a Ruth's Chris background and I think will make this place a two-week advanced booking establishment. Our waiter James was also on top of it. Come for the service alone. Leave full and happy! Also please leave the macarons on the menu. I heard they were possibly coming off.

Had a wonderful dinner here. started off with with bang bang shrimp and burrata, they were absolutely delicious. I had the smoked duck as my entree and my husband got the Tomahawk Ribeye. everything was absolutely delicious. very flavorful. Ended with the chocolate bomb and coffee. everything was perfection. so happy we came here.

We enjoyed our dinner at the new CNW steakhouse The service was good without being overbearing They have a very nice wine selection Also, the smoked old-fashioned was my husband‘s favorite Great new addition to the Ballantyne area

We had a wonderful time at C&W Steakhouse! The service was excellent and the food was phenomenal. We had the charcuterie, which was delicious.

What a lovely dinner we had at the CW Steakhouse in Ballantyne The Filet was cooked perfect. Rose the bartender had a great personality. Our server James and Ivy were on point. We will be back soon Great job

Wow! That is how I would describe the service, atmosphere & most of all the food! We enjoyed a delicious brunch on Sunday 10/27/25. We devoured a perfectly seasoned & cooked ribeye with eggs over medium also prepared to our liking. We also enjoyed the French Toast that was equally well prepared. The French Toast was so good no syrup was needed! Thanks Kim & James for your attentive & pleasant service. See you again…soon!

We recently dined at CW Steakhouse and were thoroughly impressed! From the start, the manager made us feel welcome, checking in with guests and ensuring everyone had a great experience. The service was attentive and accommodating, ensuring we had everything we needed throughout the meal. I ordered a steak, and it was delicious—cooked just right, served hot, and nicely presented. The food came out promptly, which added to the smooth, enjoyable evening. CW Steakhouse made a great impression, and we look forward to returning.

James was outstanding. Too bad the kitchen didn’t tell him they were out of asparagus. Previously Fiore, the menu seemed to be the same with 3 choices of steak and everything is ale cart. Ribeye and filet were cooked perfectly, nice wood fire char taste but had this spinach chutney that I didn’t think was necessary. It was really good though so not a complaint. 3 choices for dessert. Mashed potatoes were a bit too whipped but again, the flavor was really good! Hope they increase their steak sizes and selection. If it’s a steakhouse, let’s get some different sizes and cuts. Overall, a good experience and a delicious dinner with date night ambiance.
