The waiter was friendly but the member services staff was rude and threatened to pause my membership because one of the guest tried to take a picture on the roof.

Overall “fair” for the price of “great”. Our server Nick was kind but took a long time to check on us when we could see him standing across the room on his phone and chatting. We waited for water glasses so long I grabbed them myself. Same for silverware. It gets old. We had bottled water and someone walked by and filled our glasses with tap water not that it’s the end of the world but then I was charged for more bottled water. Nick left on break without communicating anything. Our order came out wrong- these are tedious issues. The bigger concern- We had a friend with us who recently turned 93. On a Tuesday for dinner, she chose to sit in the club area because the seating was easier for her to get in and out, it’s in closer proximity to the bathroom and the elevators (she walks with a cane) and it was clear Moon would have preferred us in the dining area by the kitchen. I can physically hear her eyes rolling at my grandma still. Twice, like a teenager. I am an every house member of this club- part of the community- and highly disappointed In that one interaction more than any other. I care about my community including that their guests are comfortable and feel welcomed at when our families visit- especially at that age- they should be celebrated. I can only hope at 93 and looking fly I’ll be treated with more respect. I miss the days when Laura was the house manager and things were uniform, the team was cohesive, and the experience was stellar. I was embarrassed by the experience. The culture of the staff has changed drastically and the overall experience has diminished. I’m hopeful for changes that will improve the team. I will, however, note that Christina at the front desk went Above and Beyond to treat our little lady with the most respect and importance. A++ to the front desk team.

Service is always severely lacking. Super slow and inattentive. Couldn’t even get water for over 45 mins. Shift change is absolutely horrible here. You guys need to come up with a better transition plan so there’s support for the servers that mentally checkout before they leave. Not sure whose fault it is but it’s been this way for years. After 9pm it got better but from 6:30-9 it was atrocious The wood grilled strip and Caesar salad are delicious though

Always a great time with friends from out of town at Soho House. It’s definitely a plus to snag the lounge seats towards the back of Floor 5 behind the bar, to avoid crowds and a hectic bar. Crazy on weekends, but yeah, it’s the weekend. Love lunch here. Also, snack hack. Ask for the extra cookies they serve with coffee and tea. They’re the most underrated secret menu item that go Off.
