A 1920s-style Speakeasy & Restaurant --offering hand-crafted whiskey, gin, and bourbon cocktails, specialty beers, and wine...with salmon, steak, flatbreads, charcuterie boards, Italian favorites, all served by flapper girls and newsies! Located on the 3rd floor of the historic Arcada Theatre in downtown St. Charles!

Most evenings we feature live entertainment. If you should choose to stay for our entertainment, the fees will be collected at your table.

Recommended as a unique dinning experience. It was fun setting. Service was attentive, food was good, but took a while to be served. (45 minutes from order to service). Will go back again.

The music by Nick P. was outstanding. He was also very personable going around to the tables during his break. Great food at a very reasonable price. Would definitely go back again.

Our first time! Wow! How fun! Celebrating my husband’s birthday with friends. The wait staff was amazing. The food very very good. Wine and cocktail selection was very good too! Mr Ocean and band were amazing!!! So much fun!!! We can’t wait to come back!

We sat at a high table, which was good & distracting. Employees of Arcada were continually being people to the Harlow room & my chair was a bit in the doorway. Server, we think her name was Shannon, was extremely helpful & pleasant. Food came quickly. We had the Caprese salad & flatbread tomato mozzarella basil , which was delicious. My date had the flight sandwich tray that had 3 different types of sliders on it. All was excellent.

We were celebrating my husband's birthday & our server, Brittany, really helped make it special! She was very attentive and made sure we got what we wanted with a finishing touch of his favorite cannoli's. We hope we get her every visit.

The entertainment was cancelled at the last minute and we were not informed. I would have cancelled had I known as I booked this for the entertainment.

Really good entertainment for the money. Drinks excellent, service excellent as well. We only had desert this time and it was ok. Will certainly be back again.
