Celebrated our daughters Birthday 🎊. The seafood tower was amazing. The cocktails and cocktails were delicious 😋. The service always outstanding.

The afternoon high tea here is definitely one of the best, if not the best in Toronto. For the price, the tea and food options are wonderful. The service is also top notch and adds for the experience. Our favourites were the scones, shrimp croquette, and the chicken sandwich. What took it over the top was the attention to detail, topping up of the tea, as well as how seamlessly they handled dietary restrictions and allergies. I have a nut allergy and they customized my items to suit without jeopardising my experience. A MUST if you are seeking a high quality and tasty high tea.

I rated the food low if I compare it to similar High Tea I have been to at Il Sorrelle was much better in food options. It wasn’t worth the amount spent on celebrating my friends 60th I was better off giving her the $$ to enjoy a facial. She wasn’t pleased with the experience at all. The service was great, ambience is the downtown feeling, if that’s what you like.

Was not a traditional tea house but our tea sommelier , Leah was amazing and she really took care of my table and give us amazing service.

Service was great, and our servers were very attentive. We found the food a bit stale, especially the croissant and sandwich buns tasted like they were made a few days before.

The ambiance at Clockwork and the Royal York Hotel overall, is really wonderful. You feel that something special as soon as you walk into the lobby. Our dining experience at Clockwork was lovely. We were seated ahead of our reservation and although the hostess could have been more friendly she did offer us choice of seating. The armchairs and pillows were verycomfortable...tables are spaced far apart which makes it all very airy yet also intimiate. The drinks and small bites were very good. And because i mentioned we were celebrating a milestone birthday, the server surprised us with a beautiful cake and lit candle. Our server was absolutely lovely, socourteous, attentive and really brought joy to our dining experience.

We never tried high tea before but from the moment we walked into the hotel to the restaurant you could feel the calmness. Service was excellent, food was exceptional and would love to go back some day.
