                                      The food was delicious. However, the care reg. food allergies and the attention received were outstanding. Never have I had such excellent service beforeo.

                                      The high tea experience was overall very good. The service was excellent and the food was quite nice. The seating is in the open area in front of the check-in counters. Despite it being in essentially the lobby area, the ambience was very pleasant with the beautiful decor of the hotel surrounding this closed off dining area. With kids in our party ranging from age 6 to 13, the service was absolutely excellent. We would recommend this experience!

                                      So I booked this as a first high tea experience for my daughters birthday...buy also for myself ad a treat. The ambiance and service was amazing. The food was really dissapointing especially because I was expecting the quality of sweet and savory to be worth the appetite and monetary indulgence. Anotjer reviewer said it was like they had all the food frozen and defrosted the morning of...this is exactly what the food tasted like! The savory (cucumber sandwiches, chicken sandwiches, bacon pastry) were bitter and bland and dry. The smoked salmon croissant was OK but not memorable, the chicken and cucumber sandwiches were bitter and flavour was bland. The sweets ... I was really looking forward to but all of them were meh ...and pastries were dry. The scones were also mediocre. I was expecting some butterly flaky melty goodness... so dissapointed tbh. My daughter and her friend didn't eat any of the savory (11 years old) but they only enjoyed a couple of the sweets. I had leftovers which which I took home but just threw out when I got home because they tasted worse. The service was amazing and the pear mimosa was delicious. I wouldn't recommend this afternoon tea unless they seriously upgraded the quality of the menu. However now I am inspired to try other afternoon teas around the GTA for comparison.

                                      Lovely high tea. Staff's service was outstanding. The food presentation was modern (as opposed to a classic 3 tier plate stand.
