Claudio Pirollo grew up in Belgium where he soon discovered his passion for cooking as he wandered around his father’s fine Italian épicerie (grocery store) and watched his mother prepare dinner every day. The dual influence of Italy and Belgium triggered Chef Pirollo’s aspirations to develop his knowledge and experience with different flavors.
A Trattoria is not a pizzeria, it is an Italian-style eating establishment that is generally much less formal than a ristorante but more formal than an osteria. It is similar to what the French call Bistrot.
Trattorias are traditionally family owned, casual, rustic neighborhood restaurants found throughout all of Italy that offer fresh, regional, local and family specialties on the menu.

Yes, we have been to Claudio’s multiple times and the food and service are incredibly consistent and terrific. I’m ready to make my next reservation.

Tables are very close together. We heard everything the people at the next table said and I'm sure they heard everything we said. Also, I guess an older woman and her son don't merit the quick service that two older merit.

Everything was delicious. Pizza was outstanding and the pasta is homemade and always delicious. We had a lovely early dinner.

For a treat to yourself go to Claudio's Table, a little pricey as everything down to the bread is a la carte...however, it is excellent! My short ribs were perfect and my mom's branzino was grilled to a moist and delectable turn....be ready to spend >$100 for two and save room for dessert.

Very nice experience and food was fantastic. I would characterize this place as an upscale neighborhood vibe. Service was on-point.

Bravo Claudio's Table! We enjoyed a variety of superb pasta dishes and salads on a Saturday evening. The ambience is glowing and bright. Service was exceptional -- attentive and personal. And we appreciated the upgrades in soundproofing so that noise is not an issue. We are in the neighborhood and are now confirmed regulars.

Not your typical red sauce Italian restaurant. This is a foodies establishment. You will be impressed!

We had two vegetarians in our group, and the waiter was very helpful in explaining which dishes they would find suitable. Everything was perfect. Service was attentive but not intrusive. Well done!
